“This blog is just too much fun- my boyfriend loves burgers and I love nail polish so it’s becoming a date night tradition for us :). This time we went to Russell House Tavern in Cambridge, MA for their updated classic burger with an english muffin instead of a bun. The burger had bacon and cheese and was salty in a good way but the burgers must be ground in-house and unfortunately mine had some unpleasant chunks of unground beef. They were super tough and not tasty at all so I have to dock some points from this burger rating and give it a 6/10. The english muffin bun was pretty tasty though and let the burger flavor shine through.
As for the polish, this is Massini Nail Lacquer (edit; I absolutely can not find a homepage!) in Lightening Blue…I’m pretty sure they meant ‘lightning blue’ but either way it’s a solid bright blue and looks great with a coat of Seche Vite on top! “
Thanks again Sarah! Glad you and your boyfriend are sharing a nail paint and meat bond. Shame about the chunky burger in Cambridge. Next time you should try him in the nail varnish as well. Couples night out, meat and lacquer for all!

Thanks so much! I just looked at a lot of tutorials and then used real pictures of nebulas for color inspiration. I used many types of finishes; although, the nebulas were made mostly with cremes and shimmers. This tutorial from Cute Polish was fantastic. I had tried to do space nails before and they just seemed too complicated and they looked terrible.
Hopefully that helps! If a lot of people want a tutorial, I would consider doing one.

Nebulas. Camera doesn’t do this shit justice.
Galaxy nails can either go one of two ways. They could either look really trippy…or they could look like your cat ate litter then threw it up all over your nails. And most of the time it looks like that.
